This free talk about how to make prayer practical in making decisions includes a complimentary box lunch (while supplies last). The speaker is Leide Lessa from the Boston area who is a Christian Science practitioner and teacher who heals through prayer and teaches others to do the same. Every day, we’re faced with making decisions. Some are easy decisions, but others can cause long sleepless nights.  Is there a way to know the right choice? If so, what is that?

International speaker Leide Lessa says, “I have found that prayer based on understanding God and God’s will of goodness for everyone can lead to making beneficial decisions. How? Knowing God as Mind, the source of intelligence, and as Love, guiding and caring for all creation, moves us beyond looking at limited options and opens the way for us to see inspired solutions.  I’ll give a one-hour talk discussing how each one of us can do this – and find peace of mind in making the choices before us.”

Lessa, a practitioner and teacher of Christian Science healing will present her lecture, “Making the right decisions,” at Noon on March 29th at the Christian Science Reading Room located at 201 Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh. Lessa’s presentation is based on the teachings of Christ Jesus in the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, the discoverer and founder of Christian Science. She’ll also share examples from her own experience.

Leide Lessa loves helping people and traveling the world.  Raised in Brazil, educated in Austria and the United States, Lessa has become fluent in English, German, Spanish, in addition to her native Portuguese.  From owning her own language institute for 10 years to her current work of the public ministry of Christian Science healing, Lessa’s focus has always been to improve people’s lives.  She travels the globe from her home base near Boston, Massachusetts, USA, giving talks to communities about the calming, comforting, and healing power of Christian Science as a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship.
